About Conceptual Counseling
Conceptual Counseling of St. Paul, Minnesota, is a substance abuse treatment program for adults. They provide general outpatient programs and continuing care aftercare services. They also offer assessments and screening services. Assessments follow Minnesota's Rule 25 format, but other tools are available for use, too.
The core of treatment at Conceptual Counseling is one on one counseling. You'll work closely with your counselor to uncover the causes of your addiction and develop healthy coping skills. They also have a few different therapy groups, including day and evening groups. These include gender specific groups and mixed groups. Continuing care provides additional support once you've completed the program.
A unique aspect of this location is its sober support groups, which are open to the public. There are both small mixed groups and women only groups that meet each week. They're a great chance to connect with others in recovery and receive and give support.
