Peer support specialists may help you engage in their unique treatment components called Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP) and Whole Health Action Planning. In WRAP there are six parts that make up the wellness toolbox. Clinicians will help you reach the goal of gaining freedom from troubling behaviors and thought patterns.
