About Community Reach Center

Community Reach Center is a comprehensive treatment facility with several locations through the greater Denver community. The Westminster, Colorado location is an outpatient facility that offers many treatment options for people who have a substance use dependency. Here, you’ll have access to services like medication assisted treatment and counseling support. There is also case management so that you get the care you need as you move through recovery.

As a community centered organization, you’ll get to work with experienced professionals who understand the cultural and recovery needs in your area.
