If you are needing detox, they have a medically monitored withdrawal management program. They have a unit where you will be able to detox safely. While you are in the detox unit, you will not be allowed any visitors. The average length of stay is three to five days.

Once you have completed detox, you can be transferred to the women’s residential program. They provide you an environment that is inclusive and judgment free. It is separated from the men’s facility.

The environment you will be living in is strict and structured. I like that you will have supervision and care 24/7. You’ll be introduced to the 12 Step program and will be provided with therapies that are evidence based.

Usually the length of stay is 14 to 28 days. It will depend on your needs. The therapists will ask you questions about your history and life. With this information, they will work with you to create your treatment plan.

You and your therapist will determine the activities and therapies that will best fit your goals. There is yoga, meditation and acupuncture. You’ll be able to participate in group games, attend art therapy and spend time outside. Your family will be able to visit once per week.

Medication assisted treatment is available. Their medication program uses a whole person approach to treatment for substance use. They’ll combine medications such as methadone, naltrexone and buprenorphine with therapy. They have licensed therapists and peer recovery coaches.

I like that you will work with the medical and counseling staff to create your treatment plan. The counselors will continuously review and update your treatment. By doing so, they are able to evaluate your progress and make changes based on your needs.
