Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula offers mental health and addiction recovery services for children, adolescents and adults in Monterey, California. They offer multiple treatment options, including drug detox, inpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and general outpatient programs.

During detox and inpatient treatment, clients will have 24-hour access to clinical staff and therapists who can help them work through their addiction and understand how it affects their mental, physical and emotional state. Outpatient programs include PHP, IOP and OP for clients graduating from inpatient treatment or those requiring a less intense level of care. These programs center on individual, couples, family and group counseling sessions and life skills training. They may also incorporate complementary, evidence-based therapies including rational emotional behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.
