You’ll start with an assessment where you’ll be assigned a counselor who’s determined to be the best fit for your situation. During counseling, you’ll work on identifying triggers that cause you to turn to substances for relief. If appropriate, you’ll be given medication to help with your mental health treatment.

Many people with substance use have co-occurring mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, or bipolar disorder. You and your counselor will explore any mental health issues you’re experiencing and help you get to the root of your addictions.
