About Oxbow Counseling

Centrally located in Worland, Wyoming, Oxbow Counseling Center provides intensive outpatient treatment for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. They used to be called Cloud Peak Counseling Center prior to 2024.

They accept Medicaid and Medicare, and a sliding fee scale and payment assistance are available to those who qualify. Telehealth visits are offered for those unable to attend sessions in person.
