About Citrus Health Network
Citrus Health Network offers primary medical and behavioral health services for all ages from children right up through seniors. They also help families apply for programs such as Medicaid, KidCare and other social services. Their main facility is in Hialeah, Florida, and they have several other locations in the state.

Their Hope Program is for adults over 18 who have a substance use disorder. Clients get medication assisted treatment which combines medication and therapy to treat opioid and/or alcohol addiction. Their adult housing program is for adults with co-occurring disorders. You’ll get access to safe and supportive housing that can help you get on your feet. They also offer permanent supportive housing, food stamps, and basic necessities without any end date in mind. This is for folks with disabilities, veterans and those who are chronically homeless.
