About Chemical Addictions Program (CAP)

Capital City of Chemical Addictions Program (CAP) and Aletheia House in Montgomery, Alabama is a men’s residential and outpatient facility for drug and alcohol addiction treatment. They are a member of the United Way of Central Alabama.

Men’s Residential Addiction Treatment

Injecting drugs makes you susceptible to disease and it’s also common to engage in other risky behaviors while intoxicated. They will provide you with HIV/AIDS and hepatitis education or support for those who have been diagnosed. Testing is provided for HIV and TB.

The facility is able to give you oral doses of naltrexone as well. If you have opioid addiction or alcohol addiction this medication can help with your recovery by addressing the physical symptoms of addiction while you work toward healing the mental components of addiction.

There are designated areas where you will be permitted to smoke or vape. If you want to quit, you have the option of receiving smoking cessation counseling. Special services are available for the deaf or hard of hearing. Outpatient services are telemedicine conducted via telehealth.
