About Charlotte Rescue Mission Rebound
Charlotte Rescue Mission Rebound in Charlotte, North Carolina, is a men’s recovery facility that serves men who are starting recovery for a substance use disorder. Their residential treatment program will support you if you are medically and mentally stable. To be eligible for care, you must call the facility yourself and show proof and a willingness and ability to participate in the recovery program. Care is offered free of charge.
Before you're admitted into the program, you'll undergo a thorough evaluation. This is done through a telephone screening. You need to meet certain criteria including passing a breathalyzer and urine drug test. Once admitted to the 120 day structured program, you’ll work with a dedicated team that will include drug and addiction recovery counselors.
This program also has faith-based support through biblical teaching. Offering a multifaceted approach to care, you'll have different prongs of support you can lean on during your treatment program.
Among these supports are weekly individual counseling sessions. You’ll learn critical coping skills to help you manage stressful emotions associated with recovery. You’ll continue to develop these skills through group counseling. The aim of these supports is to get to the root cause of your addiction struggles. You’ll be empowered with critical life skills that will help you outside of the recovery program.
12 Step programs are offered through the Rebound program. With Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous, you can build a community of support you can lean on as well.
