About Centerstone

Centerstone is a nonprofit mental health and addiction treatment center in Nashville, Tennessee. The center recently merged with Brightli, and the headquarters will remain in Nashville under the Centerstone name.

They provide outpatient mental health and addiction services, psychiatric care, an on-site pharmacy, counseling, social services and child and family services. Medication assisted treatment (MAT) is also available.

The program is in-network with most major health insurance plans, and I noticed there’s an income based sliding fee scale.

Conveniently Located Outpatient Addiction Treatment

The outpatient clinic is conveniently located near major roadways and public transportation. It’s about 12 miles from the heart of downtown Nashville. The organization’s mission, what they call their “noble purpose,” is to deliver treatment that changes people’s lives for the better.

Additional Supportive Services

In addition to addiction and mental health treatment, I think clients will appreciate the center’s other supportive services. These include homelessness interventions and substance use prevention services.

I like that they offer a telehealth option to help clients overcome transportation and other obstacles. One client said, “Great introduction to our new counselor, thanks for the telehealth option!”
