Centerstone’s Indiana House is part of the center’s housing program located in Columbus, Indiana. Centerstone’s housing support may include options for temporary and permanent housing for a number of needs. This includes residential treatment programs that help you manage symptoms and work towards recovery.

Transitional Support

For those leaving treatment who want more time and space before returning home, the transitional housing program provides transitional support. Adult clients in these programs have a great deal of independence as they work on skills, recovery, and securing what they need for fully independent living. You may be able to stay in this program until you find housing elsewhere.

Independent Living

Centerstone’s Adult Independent houses give each resident freedom and autonomy while providing a structured environment where clients follow house rules and guidelines. The unique factor in this program is that clients are given individualized case management support, connecting them with local resources that bridge service gaps and can ultimately lead to fully independent living.

Unlike a residential treatment program, there are no on site sessions and no staff in the residence itself, so it may not be a good fit for those who are still experiencing difficulty managing their symptoms.
