Central City Concern is based in Portland and helps residents with housing, healthcare, substance use treatment and recovery, and job training and placement. CCC offers affordable housing options across the metro area and they also provide primary medical care, mental health treatment, and a pharmacy. The substance use treatment includes detox, outpatient, and inpatient programs, peer support, and recovery groups.

211
Oregon residents who call 211 are connected to a broad range of social resources, including housing and shelter services, utility support, child and senior care, food, clothing, and other basic needs, employment and education support, mental health and substance use treatment, and much more. It would take hours to find every program individually, but callers to 211 get everything in one place.
Folk Time: Free to Be Me

Folk Time’s Free to Be Me program, which meets in Northeast Portland three days a week, allows adults with mental health diagnoses or in substance use recovery to come together for activities, lunch, and support. There is peer support, and people can share their experiences without fear of judgment.
The Clackamas Drop
The Clackamas Drop provides young people ages 14-21 a drop-in center where they can participate in team-based learning, leadership training, and other activities. The program has youth peer support specialists and can help young people connect to community based services. They also provide help with homework, a Wii and board games, snacks, and help with resumes and practice interviews.

Options for Southern Oregon is a non-profit that offers a wide range of services in multiple locations in Jackson and Josephine Counties. They have adult and child counseling, skills training for youth, adults, and families, peer support, employment and housing services, and case management. They also have “The Hub,” where you can find harm reduction supplies, support groups, and peer recovery support.
