About Center for Positive Change

The community organization, Center for Positive Change is located in South Bend Indiana and provides a range of services to adolescents, adults, seniors and families in the community. Among the services offered are mental health and addiction recovery treatments. If you face these struggles, you can begin your journey to sobriety with the support of trained providers.

The substance abuse treatment program provides care in an outpatient setting. There is also an intensive outpatient program if you need more robust services. You’ll be supported through evidence-based treatments including individual and group counseling, moral reconation therapy, and other services.

Through addiction education services, you can begin building healthy habits for lasting sobriety. You’ll also be connected to aftercare support services that will allow you to continue on the path to recovery with skills and resources that will support you.
