Centennial Peaks Hospital stands as a dual-diagnosis addiction treatment center in Louisville, CO. It provides care to adults and adolescents ages 13 and up. Centennial Peaks Hospital offers multiple programs and various levels of care including inpatient detox, residential treatment, and outpatient care. The center also offers a partial hospitalization program (PHP) which provides intensive treatment in an outpatient setting.

Centennial Peaks Hospital works to create individualized treatment plans that are structured to provide a unique continuum of care. As soon as a patient is admitted, the center works on planning an appropriate course of treatment with their dedicated team of physicians, nurses, therapists, and social workers. As our patients receive appropriate care, the center also works on developing discharge plans. These plans may include continuing care with the attending physician, partial hospitalization, an outpatient treatment program, or other community resources.
