Cenikor Foundation

Located in Austin, Texas, Cenikor Foundation Austin serves adults and adolescents who are struggling with behavioral health concerns or a substance use disorder. They also have specialized care for veterans. You'll be supported by a range of evidence based therapies. These therapies are offered in residential and outpatient settings. There's also a partial hospitalization program. You'll find detoxification services as well. They accept policies from most major insurance providers.

When you first start your recovery here you'll work with an intake team that will take the time to understand your needs. They'll craft a recovery plan that considers your past struggles and your specific addiction recovery goals.

For many people who start treatment, the first stop is detoxification. Here you'll have the support of experienced staff members who will oversee your detox. They'll help you manage your withdrawal symptoms and ensure that detox happens safely and in a supportive manner.

Through their residential treatment program, you'll be supported by staff 24 hours a day. You’ll have access to individual and group counseling sessions. Through this, you'll work with addiction specialists. In these sessions you'll gain valuable life skills and will engage in 12 Step style programs. As you move through these therapies, you’ll begin learning strategies and techniques that can help you manage stressful emotions throughout recovery.

These therapies will continue in outpatient care. Here, you'll have the opportunity to practice the skills you've learned in real world settings. Other supports you'll find once you complete your treatment program are aftercare services and access to recovery housing. Both will allow you to continue the momentum you've gained in your recovery program.
