About Catholic Charities

Even more interesting to me is how Catholic Charities works with law enforcement officers to deescalate situations and help people be directed toward treatment and social services rather than jail.

For those in jail, Catholic Charities can provide counseling and referrals to substance use treatment. There are also Assisted Outpatient Treatment services for mental health and/or substance use for those who are in the courts regularly.
