There is individual and group counseling offered through this location. Therapies are weaved into the counseling sessions. You’ll learn how to identify triggers and manage stressful emotions. You’ll also create realistic recovery goals and will work on a plan of action to meet those goals.

There's also a trauma focused approach to care. If you're someone who's experienced domestic violence, traumatic experiences, and the loss of a child due to your substance use, these therapies can greatly support you as well. They’ll teach you how to accept and overcome challenges that you've experienced or will experience during recovery. You'll also have access to relapse prevention skills, and harm reduction education. You'll begin building the skills you need for a sober and healthy lifestyle.
