Casa Serena’s transitional and sober living homes offer a stepping stone post-residential treatment for those needing continued community support for a sustainable recovery. Individuals can expect to attend 12 Step programs and ongoing treatment such as therapy, life skills education and employment search support.
Casa Serena alumni are privy to weekly group meetings, regular social events and holiday celebrations as part of a lifetime aftercare support network.
