If you require more robust support, the intensive outpatient program connects you to more intensive group counseling sessions and robust education support.
As you move through your recovery program, you continue building on the healthy habits you've developed through the basic continuing care and aftercare support programs. These programs meet less frequently, however, they provide you with the opportunity to improve your recovery skills so that you can lead a sober lifestyle.
