Dual Diagnosis Support in McAlester

For many people, substance abuse isn’t something that just happens without any contributing factors. I like that this facility prioritizes dual diagnosis care to ensure that they’re not only treating the addiction, but any underlying mental health factors that might have steered you towards substance dependency.

Therapy to Help You Cope

Beyond simply helping you achieve sobriety, Carl Albert CMHC also wants to ensure you have the tools to maintain this new achievement. I like that there are multiple therapy options available. Beyond simply offering individual, group or family sessions, you can choose between CBT, active therapy, behavior modification support, and trauma therapy.

Care Catered to You

Carl Albert CMHC offers both outpatient services and can also refer to you for inpatient treatment depending on the results of your intake evaluation. However, I’m impressed that this facility also offers mobile crisis support. Carl Albert CMHC accepts most major insurances and Medicaid, but a patient advocate can provide more detailed information about managing payments, claims, and financial support.
