Camelot Outpatient Services is located on Forest Avenue in Staten Island, New York. This is a nonprofit outpatient mental health and substance use disorder treatment center. The outpatient program also includes outpatient withdrawal if appropriate, as well as medication assisted treatment (MAT). The programs include relapse prevention education.
