Bridges of Hope Treatment Center is a drug and alcohol detox and rehabilitation facility that provides both inpatient and outpatient services in Anderson, Indiana. They deal with every aspect of co-occurring mental health disorders and drug use disorders.
Their inpatient treatment programs and therapies are customized to meet individual needs. To help patients safely detox with a lower risk of complications, they have a medical detox program to address the physical symptoms of withdrawal. Their residential program provides both men and women with long term rehab services and all inclusive addiction treatment.
They provide a range of treatments and services that address each individual's specific needs. Withdrawal symptoms and cravings for drugs are lessened by the use of medications in their medication assisted treatment program.
In-depth individual, family, and group therapy are all available here. Their residential program includes yoga and meditation, fishing, and art therapy among its amenities and activities. There is a full sized basketball court and fitness center. In addition they offer family services and treat co-occurring anxiety disorders.
Each week, they provide 25 hours of clinical services as part of their partial hospitalization program. They provide their clients with the option of sober living homes also known as transitional housing. In addition they provide medication management and psychiatric evaluation in these homes.
After their partial hospitalization program is finished, clients move on to their intensive outpatient program. Daily 12 step meetings and nine to 15 hours of clinical services are part of their intensive outpatient program. Along with continuing medication management, they provide relapse prevention and life skills education. They are in network with most insurance companies.
