About Volunteers of America Brandon Hall

Volunteers of America provides mental health services and recovery services for individuals struggling with substance use. They also offer special resources for veterans, services for those experiencing homelessness, and help for individuals who have been incarcerated and are entering back into their communities.

Brandon Hall in Indianapolis, Indiana is a residential program through Volunteers of America for men and women who were previously incarcerated. Clients who are veterans, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and individuals with dual diagnosis are also supported at Brandon Hall. Life Skills and Employment to Rebuild Your Life

The residential program offers 95 beds and requires that you are employed, adhere to court orders, and address any mental health challenges, addiction treatment, anger management, or life skills development. Counseling services are provided and you can receive both individual and group sessions to support your recovery. There are also recreational spaces where you can interact with other clients and exercise.

Serving Veterans and the Community

At Brandon Hall, veterans are offered transitional housing to help move into a more independent lifestyle, along with other support services. Volunteers of America collaborates with community organizations like 148 Ministries to provide you with worship services, and making sure individuals are receiving food and clothing.

There are also opportunities for individuals to visit places within the community that can provide additional support and connection. Indianapolis has a canal walk which can be a relaxing place to reflect and spend time with loved ones.

Teen & Adolescent Program
