About BlueCrest Recovery Center
BlueCrest Recovery Center is located in Paterson, New Jersey. This is a recovery facility that works with men and women who need support for a drug addiction or co-occurring disorder. You'll be supported through general outpatient (OP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) care. There’s also a partial care program and family and intervention services. There's also an alumni community you can connect with to continue building on the skills you've learned in your recovery program.
When you start treatment, you’ll work with a dedicated care team that's committed to helping you regain control of your life. You'll work with trained and experienced medical and support staff to create an individualized treatment plan that includes cognitive (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). Licensed clinicians and counselors work to understand your health history and how your current circumstances have influenced your struggles.
I also appreciate that along with clinical care, you'll find holistic and spiritual support here as well. When you participate in holistic care, you'll be encouraged to build healthy habits through practices like meditation and mindfulness. There’s also art therapy, yoga, and psychodrama courses. As you engage in these activities, you’ll learn how to manage your stress and help regulate your emotional state overall.
Spiritual support can be a powerful recovery tool to use as well. Through fellowship with other peers, you can connect to a higher power on your journey to recovery. You’ll practice letting go of concerns that are beyond your control and will learn about creating realistic recovery goals instead.
