About Beachside Rehab
Beachside Rehab is a private, luxury treatment center on five pristine acres in Hutchinson Island, Florida. They welcome adults seeking care for substance use disorder, mental health conditions and dual diagnoses. With a full continuum of care from medical detox to aftercare you’ll benefit from a relaxing treatment experience that fits your needs.
Their programs use a holistic approach to address co-occurring disorders and encourage physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual healing. Depending on your unique situation you can live on campus in their upscale facility or attend treatment while maintaining other responsibilities.
You can access an individualized treatment plan that puts your needs at the forefront. This plan may include individual counseling, group therapy, trauma groups, SMART Recovery, 12-step programming and various holistic approaches.
What stands out most to me is their impressive accommodations. If residential rehab is the right fit for you then you’ll live in a bright, spacious facility with multiple amenities and services. Along with a private suite, you can enjoy a pool, a fitness center, walking trails, a pickleball court, a disc golf course and much more. Their stunning location also makes it possible to participate in beach walks and runs, ocean meditation and kayaking.
Another incredible element I noticed was their holistic therapies. You can access recreational, equine, art, music and faith based therapies as well as yoga and meditation. These approaches help you build trust, foster strong relationships, express yourself, grow spiritually and create healthy, sober hobbies. You can then take these new interests with you after treatment to aid in sustaining recovery.
Many previous clients were satisfied with their experiences. Some partially attributed their recovery success to the empathetic staff, change of scenery and holistic practices. Those who had less positive experiences mentioned unprofessional staff and issues with admissions.
Keep in mind that finding the right care for you is a personal journey. Reviews can be a helpful resource. But be sure to research and consider multiple treatment centers before making your decision.
