About Avenues Recovery Center: Drug & Alcohol Rehab – Clarksville

Avenues Recovery Center at Clarksville is an inpatient mental health and substance use disorder rehab center for adults in Clarksville, Indiana. They offer discreet care for professionals and provide opportunities for clients to incorporate their faith or spiritual practices into recovery.

They accept most private health insurance plans, as well as private payment. With 16 facilities across 7 states in their network, they bring evidence based treatment approaches to clients across their locations.

Medication Assisted Inpatient Detox

If you need detox services first, you can start treatment 24/7 in their medical detox unit. Staff help manage symptoms using medication assisted treatment with anti-anxiety and pain medication, and they prepare you for the transition to their inpatient treatment program.

A Full Continuum of Care

I noticed that inpatient or residential treatment programs here typically last 28 to 30 days, but they can be longer. Clients are offered chef-prepared meals and modern living quarters with private and semi-private rooms. They also offer plenty of shared spaces like lounges, fitness centers and outdoor areas where you can relax and connect.

Their outpatient program meets for several hours a week, but you’re free to continue working and living at home during this time. Clients participate in individual and group therapy sessions, and medication assisted treatment is available for those who need it. Multiple approaches are offered, including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing and 12-step work.

A Well Connected Alumni Group with Ongoing Check Ins

After successfully completing outpatient treatment, you’ll graduate into their alumni program, a sober social network that keeps you connected and supported. It includes private local Facebook groups, counselor check-ins, weekly group meetings and alumni outings, which I think makes staying connected easier. It’s one of the most robust alumni programs I’ve seen.

Loved Back to Life

Clients offer consistent praise for the center’s genuine care and personal understanding of addiction. Many reviewers note how staff helped them rebuild their lives after hitting rock bottom, with several saying they felt “loved back to life.” Overall, clients describe their time there as life-changing, with comfortable accommodations, good food and a supportive environment that made recovery feel achievable.
