About Aspire Indiana Health Hoak Health Center

Aspire Indiana Health Hoak Health Center is a private mental health and substance abuse treatment program in Anderson, Indiana. Their mission is to help teens and their families learn how to cope with behavioral and addiction problems so that clients can succeed academically and socially. They provide integrated care throughout the Aspire network, combining services to ensure that all of a client's healthcare needs are met through individualized treatment plans. They serve teenage clients and their families. Services offered include outpatient treatment, therapy (for individuals, groups, and families), stress management training, coping, life, and communication skill development, and specialized dual diagnosis care, which addresses the symptoms of addiction and co-occurring behavioral health disorders. Dual diagnosis care can greatly reduce the risk of relapse.

Aspire Indiana Health accepts some major insurance, including TRICARE, ProHealth, Cigna, Humana, Medicaid, and Medicare. Clients should confirm coverage with their plan before enrolling, however, because in network and out of network benefits may vary.
