Ascendant Detox is an integrative addiction recovery center for adults in midtown Manhattan. Levels of care include medically supervised detox, medication assisted treatment (MAT), inpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient care. They also provide aftercare planning and support.

In addition to MAT, their primary treatment modalities encompass individual, group, and family counseling and they draw on an array of psychotherapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, internal family systems (IFS), and somatic experiencing therapies. Complementary treatment options include equine therapy, acupressure, breathwork, adventure therapy, yoga, Reiki, massage, meditation and mindfulness, and breathwork.

Their inpatient facility is centrally located within walking distance of major New York City attractions and features private and semi-private rooms, common areas and recreational facilities, and an onsite fitness center with access to a personal trainer. Ancillary services include addiction education, family services, and alumni programs. Self-pay and private insurance are accepted. They are Joint Commission, NAATP, and NAADAC accredited.
