With both the residential and the outpatient treatment program, you'll have the support of evidence based therapies guiding you. You'll also learn strategies and coping skills that will help you manage stressful emotions and triggers.

You'll work closely with a care team during residential treatment. You'll also have the support of recreational therapies that can help you build healthy habits.

With both programs, you'll have access to 12 Step style recovery programs like Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous. With these programs, you'll have a network of support you can lean on during the tough times of your recovery.
