Adult & Teen Challenge Vermont provides faith-based, long-term residential treatment for adult men in Johnson, Vermont. Their secluded treatment center is nestled in the Green Mountains and features scenic views with hiking trails and ample outdoor activities.
The long-term treatment program extends for 12 months or more, allowing clients to focus on their recovery in a comfortable, highly structured and supportive environment. These services may include transitional support for clients exiting residential care, employment and housing assistance, 12-Step program facilitation, and referrals for medical, mental health, and social service programs.
