Adapt Youth Residential Treatment in Roseburg, Oregon, is a youth residential treatment facility for teens dealing with substance use and co-occurring disorders. They are a gender-inclusive facility with a home-like feel. The facility is called Deer Creek which is a CARF-accredited facility that is also certified as a Phoenix School extension. This facility can accommodate up to 15 youths in semi-private bedrooms.

I appreciate that their staff offer comprehensive case management services as well.
