This treatment program uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, and emotional interviewing to help you heal from addiction. Treatment begins with an in-depth mental health and addiction assessment. Then you’ll receive between five and 20 hours of counseling per week.

Medication assisted treatment (MAT) may be received if it’s appropriate for any of your withdrawal symptoms and drug cravings. This service uses FDA-approved medicines that have been shown to help with addiction recovery. You’ll see a family or psychiatric nurse practitioner once a week to ensure safety and monitor your progress.

Treatment sessions may focus on building new skills and coping mechanisms and creating a sober community. You’ll also have access to fitness facilities and personal training. While living at this facility, you’ll engage in group counseling, psychoeducation, and case management. Discharge planning begins as soon as you enter treatment so you’ll be able to keep up with your recovery when treatment is over. Some additional medication services will be available on site during treatment.

One thing I like about this facility is that they offer services in American Sign Language, as well as spoken English.
