2nd Chance Treatment Center is a dual diagnosis addiction treatment and behavioral health provider in Surprise, Arizona, offering comprehensive outpatient programs across eight centers. 2nd Chance Treatment Center combines medication and behavioral therapy to help patients overcome addiction.

As a full service outpatient center of its kind, 2nd Chance Treatment provides comprehensive and individualized outpatient planning for behavioral health led by board certified physicians, psychiatrists, nurses, and licensed counselors. Patients benefit from individual and group therapy, medication assisted treatment, comprehensive clinical care, relapse prevention planning, and psychoeducation.
