If your teen is struggling with the use of alcohol or drugs or is experiencing harmful thoughts or habits, this program gives teens both professional and peer support. Youths between 13 and 17 years old will get access to group based therapy sessions that’ll help. They'll get a total of 9 hours a week where they'll learn how to have healthy interactions with others and build healthy habits as well as cope with daily pressures. Family therapy for parents and caregivers happens on a weekly basis.

A similar program is available for adults who have chemical dependency issues. you'll get professional assistance through a variety of proven techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. You'll learn the skills you need to get your life back on track.
