Treatment begins with a comprehensive assessment and individualized treatment plan and includes detox (where appropriate), individual counseling, group therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), 12 step facilitation, family education and support, mindfulness groups, and relapse prevention training. Amenities include chef prepared nutritious meals, 25 hours of group therapy per week, case management, comfortable accommodations with private luxury baths, indoor and outdoor relaxation areas, and landscaped gardens.
