About Wise Enterprise

Wise Enterprise, Inc. is a behavioral health and mental health treatment center in Richmond, Virginia offering outpatient services for children, teenagers and families. Founded in 2007, the agency provides school based therapy, Therapeutic Day Treatment (TDT), and wraparound family support for youth facing serious emotional disturbance or mental illness. Using evidence based approaches, Wise Enterprise empowers clients to overcome behavioral and emotional challenges.

Dedicated Mental Health Programs

Clients can access outpatient mental health treatment through individual therapy, group sessions, and behavior modification strategies. School-based services and Therapeutic Day Treatment allow children to receive care within their educational environment so they don't have to disrupt their daily routines, which I think can make a powerful difference in making care more accessible.

Wraparound services extend support to caregivers and families too, coordinating care across home, school, and clinical settings. Treatment is tailored to each client's needs, addressing serious emotional disturbance, mental illness and co-occurring behavioral challenges.

Serving Kids and Young Adults Throughout the Richmond Area

Located on West Clay Street, this Richmond treatment center serves clients throughout metro Richmond, including those in Henrico, Hanover, Chesterfield and surrounding counties. They treat clients of many ages including kids and teenagers as well as transitional age young adults, with each client's care tailored to their stage of life and what they need.

I especially appreciate their financial flexibility. They accept Medicaid and Medicare as well as most major health insurance plans.
