White Earth Men's Substance Abuse is part of White Earth Nation Substance Abuse services in Mahnomen, Minnesota. Assessments and Treatment
I noted that White Earth Nation offers same-day Rule 25 assessments and intensive adult outpatient group treatment across multiple reservation locations, including Naytahwaush, Pine Point and Ogema. Assessments are free for those living within White Earth Reservation boundaries.
Outpatient groups meet regularly at community service centers throughout the week. The schedule allows participants structured treatment close to home. The program also provides transportation support for clients entering inpatient care at partner facilities and for adolescents attending outpatient sessions.
Recovery Coaching Program
White Earth's Sacred Circle Family Recovery (SCFR) Coach Program offers peer- and ally-led support to White Earth members and others living on or near the reservation. I noticed that their recovery coaches provide weekly phone calls, in-person meetings, goal setting, resource navigation and encouragement to reduce relapse and support ongoing engagement in recovery.
White Earth Nation Substance Abuse services operate at locations throughout the reservation, with intake and assessments available in Mahnomen. Funding is available through Minnesota Health Care Plans and CCDTF.
