About Viewpoint Health GRAN Recovery Center

Located in Covington, Georgia, Viewpoint Health – GRAN Recovery Center is a dual diagnosis behavioral healthcare provider for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. Offering a full continuum of care, services include mental health assessments, crisis stabilization programs, inpatient drug and alcohol rehab, outpatient detox, counseling, court services program, partial hospitalization, and aftercare support.

As one of several locations at Viewpoint Health, GRAN Recovery Center is a 32 bed intensive residential addiction treatment facility. Their expertise in addiction treatment is composed of a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, social workers, licensed substance abuse counselors, and support staff. GRAN Recovery Center offers a highly structured drug rehab program that includes individual and group counseling, education, skills training, and evidence based interventions that help residents achieve and sustain sobriety. Therapies include cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, acceptance, and commitment therapy, and recovery action planning. Upon completion of the program, residents then have an opportunity to transition to the longer term therapeutic community in the substance use disorder residential program. This supportive program is for residents with at least 30 days of sobriety and provides vocational and therapeutic support to help residents transition back into the community and return to school or work.

Accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), reflecting a high level of clinical addiction care. Viewpoint Health – GRAN Recovery Center accepts Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance plans, Tricare, and private pay. Other payment options, such as sliding scale payment assistance are also available.
