About Connections Wellness Group
Connections Wellness Group, formerly known as Vertave Health Memphis, serves adults, teens, and members of the LGBTQ community. If you’re someone who has a mental health struggle, a co-occurring diagnosis, or a substance use disorder, you’ll find compassionate care at their two Memphis locations. There are also other locations throughout the state.
This organization will support you by connecting you with the right treatment plan to meet your needs. For some individuals, you’ll be best served through the intensive outpatient therapy program. It uses a range of evidence-based therapies to help you identify your addiction triggers, and build essential skills that will help you move through recovery. Some of the therapies used medication management and individual, group, and family counseling.
For other recovering individuals, medication management may be an appropriate treatment to help with recovery. At Connections Wellness Group, you’ll work with trained psychiatrists and psychologists who can help determine the best medication treatment plan for your needs.
