Veritas Collaborative Atlanta

Veritas Collaborative operates a number of facilities throughout the nation. They help adults and adolescents recover from eating disorders, whether the disorders are standalone or alongside a co-occurring mental health or substance use struggle.

The Emily program in Dunwoody, Georgia operates under Veritas Collaborative and serves adults and adolescents who are supported through both residential and outpatient programs. For children receiving care, there's academic services so that your child won't fall behind in school while still receiving care.

There are also virtual treatment programs that will help you receive the counseling and therapy services you need in a schedule that works for you.

There are two clinics that operate in Georgia. The Dunwoody Clinic serves the greater Atlanta region and is a modern facility. This clinic offers inviting community spaces that feature an open layout, warm tones, and an overall homelike feel. Evidence based approaches to care including counseling, psychiatric support, medication management, and treatment for your co occurring disorders are at the heart of all treatment programs. There are supplementary services that will empower you to work on leading a healthy and fruitful life as well. These services include expressive arts, nutrition therapy, and movement therapy.

I also appreciate their experiential therapies which will take you on outings to places like the grocery store or through group cooking classes. Through these experiences, you learn how to positively engage with food while combating triggers that have led to substance use or mental health struggles.
