Once you have completed your program, they will provide you with a tailored relapse prevention plan and continuing care coordination. You will most likely participate in a continued care group once a week for one hour. Here you’ll be able to develop strategies to manage a sober lifestyle. You’ll also focus on relapse prevention and peer recovery support.
