Medication Assisted Treatment and Therapy

The Greenfield clinic offers outpatient substance use disorder treatment for Veterans experiencing problems with alcohol, drugs, or prescription medications.

Services include individual and group counseling and evidence based therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. Medication assisted treatment uses buprenorphine and methadone or naltrexone for opioid use disorder. Medications for alcohol use disorder and relapse prevention support are also available.
