United Summit Center Inc

United Summit Center Braxton County is located in Sutton, West Virginia. They provide both inpatient and outpatient services to adults coping with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. 

Inpatient services include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), a 12-step based treatment approach, addiction treatment counseling therapy and a brief intervention approach in a private setting.

Specialized Services For Those with Unique Conditions and Challenges

Services are offered to adult men and women seeking treatment, children and adolescents, seniors, veterans, members of the LGBTQ+ community and persons diagnosed with HIV or AIDS. Special services are provided to you if you were referred for DUIs or DWIs by the courts or judicial system. 

I find it encouraging to know that they offer treatment to many adults, children and seniors who suffer from specific disorders including Alzheimer’s or dementia, PTSD, TBI, eating disorders, and children with serious mental illness (SED).

USCBC is licensed by the State Substance Abuse Agency, State Department of Health and the State Mental Health Department.

There are many green spaces and wildlife centers to visit while in treatment that provide you with a calm and natural environment to heal. These include Sutton Lake, Beech Fork State Park, Burnsville Lake and the West Virginia State Wildlife Center.
