About Leland House – Closed

UMFS Leland House, formerly located in Centreville, Virginia, was a private inpatient alcohol and drug rehabilitation facility for teens struggling with adolescent specific issues relating to mental health and substance abuse.

UMFS is celebrating their 125th year of service this year. While this specific Leland House location in Centreville is now closed, I found that they have 10 facilities throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.

At this location, they offered comprehensive mental health services and treatment for a variety of substance abuse addictions including co-occurring mental health disorders. Before closing, they also offered residential care for long term addiction recovery support in a supportive, professional environment.

Inpatient Support for Adolescents in Centreville

Clinical services at Leland included cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), couples therapy, experiential therapy, family therapy, group therapy, individual therapy, nicotine replacement therapy, nutrition and trauma therapy.

Leleand was an inpatient treatment facility that provided housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. I like that their round-the-clock care allowed clients to focus solely on recovery in an environment separate from the distractions and temptations of the outside world.

Leland House accepted a variety of insurance plans and offered flexible payment options including private insurance, Medicare, self-pay options, military insurance and Medicaid.
