Ujima Adult and Family Services is an African centered community behavioral health organization providing outpatient services in Santa Clara County, California. They are a certified Medi-Cal outpatient clinic and accepts Medicaid and Medicare.

Since 1991 Ujima has offered culturally grounded care for adults, children, and families, integrating crisis intervention, medication support, case management, and evidence based therapies like CBT.
