You can always get the care you need, regardless of finances. They accept MediCal and contract with San Diego County Behavioral Health Services to assist those who are eligible for MediCal.

With their residential rehab, you receive 24/7 continuous care while living on campus. Many spend around 60-120 days in their program. Although they primarily focus on alcohol addiction, you may still participate in their services if you are also dealing with drug abuse. The 12 Step philosophy is foundational in their approach. You’ll also have free time to connect with other women on similar paths. That way you can strengthen your sober network with people you resonate with.

I also like that they help you cope with trauma. Traumatic experiences can often play a role in addiction and how you react to certain situations. They have groups dedicated to coping with trauma to teach you new skills to handle triggers in a healthy way.
