You’ll also have free time to connect with other women on similar paths. That way you can strengthen your sober network with people you resonate with.
I also like that they help you cope with trauma. Traumatic experiences can often play a role in addiction and how you react to certain situations. They have groups dedicated to coping with trauma to teach you new skills to handle triggers in a healthy way.
