Tri-City Mental Health Center

Tri City Mental Health’s Center Child and Family Services, located in Pomona, California, is an outpatient substance use and mental health treatment center. This clinic serves children ages 0 to 15 and transition-age youth up to age 21, offering services for children and families affected by substance use disorder and dual diagnosis or co-occurring disorders with specialized services for infants and young children up to 5 years.

This treatment center offers a range of services for children and families, including psychotherapy, family counseling, case management, prevention and early intervention services, crisis support, medication support, linkage to community resources and services, peer support services, and occupational training. It can provide school-based services in some cases as well.

In addition to traditional outpatient care, they offer a more comprehensive full-service partnership program. This more intensive program provides services to children as well as transition-age youth up to age 26 for 2-4 days per week.

They may refer clients to paid services such as drug rehab facilities.
