Located in Allentown, Pennsylvania, Treatment Trends - Keenan House is a dual diagnosis treatment center offering drug and alcohol addiction treatment. Offering residential drug rehab treatment, intensive outpatient programming, case management, aftercare support, outpatient, partial hospitalization, community outreach, certified recovery specialists, medication assisted treatment, peer support groups, sober living and halfway homes, diversion programs including Treatment Continuum Alternative Program (TCAP).

Treatment Trends has been providing addiction care in the community for nearly 50 years. TTI Allentown Residential —formerly known as Keenan House—provides ASAM level 3.5 high intensity clinically managed services. The residential program focuses on co-occurring disorders of substance use disorder and mental health conditions. TTI Allentown Residential operates a three stage program: stabilization, communication and support, and relapse prevention. The process helps participants to develop a strong foundation to achieve and sustain recovery. Program activities include six to eight hours of treatment and recovery activities per day, individual and group therapy, and recovery support groups. Skills training supports participants to develop insights into their addiction, enhance their communication skills, develop recovery support systems, strengthening their relationships with their families, and develop a strong relapse prevention strategy.

Medication assisted treatments involve the use of certain medications, like methadone or buprenorphine, in combination with behavioral counseling — for the treatment of alcohol and opioid use disorders. It is considered by addiction medicine and the National Institute on Drug Abuse as the gold standard of opioid use disorder treatment.

TTI Allentown Residential is state licensed, and county funded. Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance plans, and self pay are accepted. Financial aid is available.
