About Traime Behavioral Health
Located in the south of Marietta, Georgia, is the organization Traime Behavioral Health. They’re not too far from Poplar Creek. This is a facility that works with adults of all ages who are experiencing struggles with their mental health, have a substance use addiction, or need general support living an independent and healthy lifestyle.
They offer a continuum of outpatient services called Intensive Case Management. However, what I appreciate most is that depending on your struggles you can get connected to different resources throughout the community that can help you in your recovery.
Supportive care rooted in evidence based practices helps guide their treatment approach. You can see this with their Assertive Community Treatment program and their psychosocial rehabilitation program.
Other programs include the different assessments they offer. For example, DOT SAP evaluations and assessments are available if you need one done. These are services that are completed if you've struggled with drug use and need an evaluation or assessment completed before you return to a safety sensitive work environment.
Some of the other assessments they offer here that I find helpful include their anger management assessments and their substance use DUI evaluations, a program that’s state approved.
One of the other approaches to care here that stands out to me is their intensive case management services. Whether you need access to more specialized services or require resources that can help you continue through your recovery, specialized care will be made available to you when you work with your case manager.
